Privacy Policy

This policy covers Embedding Studio, provided by Embedding Space Private Limited. The short version: we collect what the service needs to run and bill, we fit models on your data only for your own workspace, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.

What we collect

Account identity: your name, email address and sign-in identifier, provided by the identity provider you choose. Service data: the datasets you upload, the requests you send to your project and the answers returned, kept so your dashboard, audit log and billing are accurate. Billing data: a ledger of credit grants and spends, and when you purchase credit, the payment reference our payment processor returns. Card details go to the processor directly and never touch our servers. Operational data: ordinary server logs with IP addresses and timestamps, kept for security and debugging.

What we use it for

To run the service you asked for: fitting and calibrating your project, answering your API calls, showing you what happened, and charging the right amount. To keep the service safe: rate limiting, abuse prevention and debugging. To reach you about your account: receipts, material changes to terms, and security notices.

What never happens

We do not train language models on your data. Your uploads fit your own project and nothing else. We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not read your datasets except when you ask us to help with a problem, or when the law requires it.

Who processes data for us

Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider, hosting by our cloud infrastructure providers, and payments by our payment processor. Each receives only what its job requires.

Retention and deletion

Delete a project and its datasets and fitted artefacts go with it. Delete your workspace and we remove personal data within thirty days, keeping only what tax and company law require us to keep, chiefly the billing ledger. Server logs rotate on a short schedule.

Your rights

Write to nandakishor@embedding.in to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within a reasonable time and say plainly what we did. The grievance contact for the purposes of Indian law is Nandakishor M at the same address.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top, and for material changes we notify account holders by email.
